Fall Mini Camp 2017

Fall Mini Camp is a fun-filled, action-packed, once-a-year weekend getaway for 4th, 5th, and 6th grade boys and girls of FMC.

On October 13-15, kids will enjoy boating, hiking, campfires, crafts, treasure hunts and more. The purpose is for kids to make some new friends, interact with mature teen and adult leaders, and deepen their relationship with God.

Camp Location

The 2017 Fall Mini Camp will be held at Camp Quaker Haven near Syracuse, Indiana. Quaker Haven is about 60 minutes from Fellowship Missionary Church. Transportation for all campers will be available by FMC.

Camp Cost

The cost for the camp is $79.00 and includes transportation, lodging, and all Saturday and Sunday meals. Registration deadline is Sunday, October 1. (Speak with Pastor Robbie Sondag or Pastor Mark Mays if you are unable to afford the total registration cost.)

Meals

Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as Sunday breakfast and lunch are included in the registration cost. Be sure to alert us of any serious food allergies or restrictions in the registration form below.

Campers are to bring their own sack lunch meal for Friday night's bus trip. Do not pack the sack lunch inside your camper's suitcase. Instead, bring it into the building with them at check-in on Friday.

Kids are also welcome to bring snacks for later in the weekend, but please limit the amount of sugary treats you pack.

Sleeping

Each child will be sleeping on a bed in a lodge. Most kids just sleep in their sleeping bag on top a bed, so there is no need to pack sheets, pillowcases, etc.

Meds

To ensure the safety and well being of the children, a medical assistant will be accompanying us at the camp. Campers taking meds need to have specific written directions for how much and how often meds need to be taken.

Departure

Have your child at FMC (Entrance C) at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 13th for check-in. We will leave promptly at 5:30 p.m.

Return

We will return to FMC on Sunday, October 15th at 3:30 p.m. Please make sure there is someone at church to pick up your child.
